These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between 33ba and its users. They apply to the website at https://33ba.lat and all related services. The Terms may change from time to time, so please read them regularly.

The following words and phrases used in these Terms carry specific meanings:

- "Balance" — The total funds held in your account (combining real money and bonuses).

2. Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use the services on 33ba. Providing false information during age verification is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Each individual may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same person, household, device, or IP address will be considered a policy violation. If 33ba detects such a violation, it reserves the right to permanently close all associated accounts.
2.3 Providing Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing incorrect or misleading information may result in account suspension or cancellation, and any pending transactions may be voided.
3. Account Management
3.1 Login Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
33ba reserves the right to verify your identity, age, and source of funds at any time. Failure to cooperate with this process may result in withdrawal suspension or account closure. A national identity card or similar document may be requested for verification.
3.3 Account Inactivity
If there is no activity on your account for twelve (12) consecutive months, it may be marked as inactive. A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts and may be deducted from the account balance. Contact support to reactivate your account.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits
You can deposit funds at 33ba using the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.
- After a successful deposit, the balance is generally credited instantly.
- The deposit method must be registered in your own name; use of third-party accounts is not permitted.
- Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile banking account used for the deposit.
- Withdrawal requests may be held pending until verification is complete.
- The applicable wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing from a bonus balance.
- Withdrawal requests may be held for review in cases of unusual or suspicious activity.
4.3 Currency
All transactions on the 33ba platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will add a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
To withdraw a bonus, you must place bets 10 times (10x) the bonus amount. For example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳12,000 before withdrawing.
The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Bonus offers are active for a set period; any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
- To use a bonus, you must meet the specified minimum deposit requirement.
- 33ba reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus offer.
- If bonus abuse or any attempt to obtain a bonus fraudulently is detected, the account will be closed and the bonus will be forfeited.
- One welcome bonus applies per account.
5.4 VIP Cashback Program
Regular players can advance through 33ba's four VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers weekly cashback benefits of up to 0.2%, 0.5%, 0.8%, and 1.0% respectively. VIP tier advancement is determined automatically based on activity.
6. Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play
33ba is committed to ensuring fair play in all games. Game outcomes are determined impartially. In the event of a technical error, bets may be cancelled and deposited funds will be returned.
6.2 Software & Technology

6.3 Sports Betting Rules
